This is how we operate our fast, efficient and expert service.

For a Service Fee of £25.00 we will send you a selection of high quality 35mm original slides.  If you choose at least one of our images for publication then we waive the Service Fee and charge you reproduction fees. You may keep these originals for up to one month in order to make your choice.
After one month we charge Holding Fees of £1.00 per month per photograph.  (Please ask if you need an extension of the Holding Period).
For urgent orders we use Special Delivery which guarantees NEXT DAY DELIVERY within the U.K.
For overseas orders we normally use airmail.
We are happy to use Courier Services by request when we make an extra charge.
Complex orders, such as book requests, are normally dealt with in a few days.
We can Email low resolution JPEG scans to you when you need images the same day. 
We only charge £5.00 per low resolution scan if we need to scan the image for you so that you can view our images and make a choice.
If we have already scanned the image then we will email you a low resolution JPEG without charge.  Once you have chosen an image we will then make a High Resolution JPEG scan and Email this to you for publication, usually within an hour of your request.
We will charge you £25.00 for the High Resolution Scan, but this charge will be waived if you publish the image. We will then merely charge you the reproduction fees (plus any the fees due for the low resolution scans).
If we have not dealt with you before we will ask you to sign our standard Agreement, which you can down load from this website; or we can send you one by fax.
